Stables adjacent to the watershed and adjacent landowners who wish to access designated trails authorized on WSSC Water property to allow bird watching, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, hunting or stinging from a point other than those designated by WSSC Water for general use may obtain the appropriate entry permit.
